Our office is located in the Hawthorne neighborhood of SE Portland, OR. You'll find us within the beautiful, new facilities of Hawthorne Wellness Center at 3942 SE Hawthorne Blvd. That's at SE 39th and Hawthorne, between the Washington Mutual bank and the Third Eye.

Hawthorne Wellness Center, is an integrated group of health providers including chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, a naturopath and a family practice medical doctor. We also offer a variety of Yoga classes, Pilates, Tai Chi and Qi-Gong classes in the "movement annex" building behind our clinic.

Insurance / Managed Care Plans Accepted:

• Contractural obligations prevent us from listing individual insurance plans that will pay for our care. We are contracted with most plans available in the Portland area, just call 503-235-5484, and we'll be happy to check on your own personal coverage.
• Please also note...Oregon state statutes entitle patients involved in motor vehicle collisions and work-related injuries to seek our chiropractic care directly, without the need of medical referral!!
